We want you to be happy with FitCoach. If your subscription isn't right for you, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of these ways:

• Visit paddle.net and use Paddle's self-service refund request.
• Email us at support@fitcoach.app with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle.

What happens next

Paddle will review your request and process approved refunds to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
